John J. Noonan, Jr.

Jack Noonan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cornerstone Management Consulting. He has over 35 years of international business experience at both the corporate and divisional levels in areas such as strategy formulation, marketing/sales, product development, engineering, operations, and manufacturing management.

Prior to establishing Cornerstone Management Consulting in 1998, Jack was a practice leader with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting for seven years following a diversified career in industry where he held executive positions with several industrial firms. His last management position was that of President for a multi-division manufacturing company in the Midwest . The breath of Jack's general management, sales and operations experience gives him a unique consulting insight into client performance issues. Management industry experience includes: manufacturing goods, consumer products, industrial products/equipment, laboratory furnishings/equipment, office furniture systems, and food merchandising equipment.

Jack was one of the founders of the C&L Lean Center of Excellence. His consulting work with more than a dozen industries has given him a broad understanding of business management issues and best practices. He has a proven record of assisting clients in successfully addressing their critical business issues. Jack brings clarity to situations where there is none. CHARLES B. PAQUETTE ... is the former Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Better Homes & Gardens / The Masiello Group. They are one of New England’s largest a full service real estate companies. Charlie also served as a director of the Great East Mortgage Company / Masiello Group.

Prior to his work in real estate, Charlie spent 30 years in finance and banking with his last position as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer with Granite Bank. In that position he was responsible for the operational activities of a $1.2 billion financial institution.  He is currently a director of Infinex, a third party marketing firm focused on the needs of community banks for full service brokerage capabilities.

Charlie has extensive experience in a diverse range of businesses. His ability to personally relate and work closely with people, even in difficult situations, is well recognized.  Charlie's advice in assisting clients in successfully addressing the critical business issues they face has always been highly valued. Charlie has served on numerous boards in leadership positions for non-profit organizations in the Monadnock region.

MORTON L. LONG ... is a former principal with Cavallino Consulting LLC, KPMG Consulting and PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting. "Jim" has over 18 years of proven consulting experience in industrial, federal, and consumer product markets. He leads Cornerstone's Supply Chain practice focused on operations analysis and process improvement. He is a hands-on client-facing engagement leader with extensive experience managing large engagement teams to achieve diverse client objectives within the value chain.

His extensive background in procurement and acquisition project management includes strategic sourcing initiatives, supply and demand management processes, contract evaluation and risk management, organization development, staff selection, and supplier relationship processes.

Prior to his consulting career, Jim held several senior management positions in industry with direct line management experience.  His diverse blend of industry and consulting experience, coupled with outstanding stakeholder management skills, lead to sustainable solutions for the client's demanding supply chain requirements.

GEORGE R. MARCINO … is a former partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting who has over 35 years of experience in business management, as both a manager and a consultant. He was a founding member of PWC’s Reengineering Center of Excellence, and a frequent conference speaker on the subject. He has held senior management positions in industry with responsibility for production, engineering and marketing. His career focus has been on the commercial, industrial and consumer products business sectors. His process work has addressed both the value chain, and the supply chain aspects of performance improvement, especially from the manufacturer/supplier perspective. He has conducted a variety of engagements for clients in the process industries, such as foods, chemicals, packaging, paper, metals and textiles.

VIJAY KUMAR … is a former partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting who has over 35 years consulting experience. He was a practice leader in the International Manufacturing Group. His consulting career has covered a wide range of areas including strategic planning, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, organization planning, operations and profit improvement. Specific industries in which he has consulted include metalworking, light and heavy manufacturing, steel, food, beverage, major appliances, medical electronics, communications, furniture, paper, publishing, printing, utilities, retailing and government agencies.
