John J. Noonan, Jr. Jack Noonan is the Founder and Managing Partner of Cornerstone Management Consulting. He has over 35 years of international business experience at both the corporate and divisional levels in areas such as strategy formulation, marketing/sales, product development, engineering, operations, and manufacturing management.
Prior to establishing Cornerstone Management Consulting in 1998, Jack was a practice leader with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting for seven years following a diversified career in industry where he held executive positions with several industrial firms. His last management position was that of President for a multi-division manufacturing company in the Midwest . The breath of Jack's general management, sales and operations experience gives him a unique consulting insight into client performance issues. Management industry experience includes: manufacturing goods, consumer products, industrial products/equipment, laboratory furnishings/equipment, office furniture systems, and food merchandising equipment.

His extensive background in procurement and acquisition project management includes strategic sourcing initiatives, supply and demand management processes, contract evaluation and risk management, organization development, staff selection, and supplier relationship processes. Prior to his consulting career, Jim held several senior management positions in industry with direct line management experience. His diverse blend of industry and consulting experience, coupled with outstanding stakeholder management skills, lead to sustainable solutions for the client's demanding supply chain requirements. GEORGE R. MARCINO … is a former partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting who has over 35 years of experience in business management, as both a manager and a consultant. He was a founding member of PWC’s Reengineering Center of Excellence, and a frequent conference speaker on the subject. He has held senior management positions in industry with responsibility for production, engineering and marketing. His career focus has been on the commercial, industrial and consumer products business sectors.
